We made announcements on Twitter and Facebook about an hour ago that we’d be having another Spotlight this week, and this post is a very big hint. Actually, it’s a dead giveaway, but for the sake of mystery we’ll just say that it’s only a hint.
In any case, we’re very pleased to be able to premiere to the world the video for the first single from South of France‘s debut album Another Boring Sunrise, which hits digital outlets tomorrow (though you’re going to be able to listen to it here first *wink, wink*).
The single in question is called “Tribecca” and it’s one of the additions to the original plans for the album release. One of four songs written by both members of the duo, “Tribecca” is classic South of France, with a jangly guitar line and an “oooooh” hook that’s bound to get stuck in your head. Now that summer is leaving, the song is sure to bring you back to your memories of beach parties and fun and the sun.
Watching the video is just as an enjoyable experience, as it’s almost four minutes of watching relatively attractive people eating ice cream in slow motion. I don’t know about you, but for me it doesn’t get much better than ice cream and good looking people.
Be sure to watch the video below, and stay tuned for a lot more South of France coming your way, right here. (again, *wink, wink*).
